Uploading a file does not move the AI-exposure number. It gives an accomplishment something to stand on, and it gives you a link to drop into an application or hand to someone on a call. Coverage moves when you answer a prompt, not when you upload.
The published AI-exposure number is built only from O*NET task data, Eloundou et al., and METR. Pay, growth, networking, portfolio, and clean-up are context and never move it. A 0–100 exposure scale.
