Our guarantee
If we do not deliver your cohort report by the date in your pilot agreement, we refund the full pilot fee within 30 days. You do not need to ask.
Whether you continue after the pilot is your decision. It never affects the guarantee, and it never triggers a refund.
Your pilot fee counts toward year one
If you sign an annual license by the conversion date in your pilot agreement, the full pilot fee is credited toward your first-year license. Your first-year price is written into your pilot agreement, so you know it before you start.

Student data is handled under contract with your institution, in line with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
How to pay
